     William 'Mafonache' Fitzrobert was born circa 23 November 1116 in Gloucestershire, England.1 He was the son of Earl Robert (of Caen) and Mabel FitzHamon.1 William 'Mafonache' Fitzrobert married Hawise 'De Beaumont' (of Leicester), daughter of Robert 'Bossu' De Beaumont and Amice De (Uta) Gael (Waiet), circa 1150 in Leicestershire, England.1 William 'Mafonache' Fitzrobert died on 23 November 1183.1 He was buried at Priory, Keynsham, Somersetshire, England.1
