     John Damon was born on 18 March 1651/52 in Reading, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.1 He was the son of Deacon John Damon and Abigail Sherman. John Damon married Susannah Wiley, daughter of John Wiley and Elizabeth Clough, on 15 May 1678 in Reading, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.1 John Damon died of Small-pox on 20 January 1690/91 in Charlestown, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, at age 38.1
