Countess Eleonore Katharine (of Zweibrücken) was born on 27 May 1626 in Stegeborg Slott, Gryt, hosterghotland, Sweden.1 She was the daughter of Count Palatine Johann Kasimir (of Zweibrücken Kleeburg) and Princess Catharina Karlsdotter (Vasa) (of Sweden).1 Countess Eleonore Katharine (of Zweibrücken) died on 3 March 1692 in Osterholz, Bremen, Germany, at age 65.1 She was buried in Aldstadter Pfarrkirche, Eschwege, Hessen-Nassau, Prussia.1
