     Deborah Ellis was born circa 1652.1 She was born in January 1643/44 at Cape Code, Sandwich, Barnstable County, Massachusetts.2 She was the daughter of John Elis and Elizabeth Freeman. Deborah Ellis married Joseph Doty, son of Pilgrim Edward Doty and Faith Clarke, Mid Summer 1674 in Sandwich, Barnstable County, Massachusetts.3,1 Deborah Ellis died on 21 June 1711 in Rochester, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.1
