     Beatrice (of Savoy) was born in 1234 of Aix-En-Provence, Provence.2,1 She was the daughter of Count Raymond Berenger V (IV) (of Provence & Forcalquier) and Beatrice (of Savoy).2 Beatrice (of Savoy) married King Charles I (of Sicily), son of King Louis VIII "the Lion" (of France) and Princess Blanche (of Castile), on 31 January 1246.1 Beatrice (of Savoy) died on 23 September 1267 in Nocera, Calabria, Italy.2,1 She was buried in Roque-Pymont, France.2,1
     She was titled Countess of Provence and Forcalquier (Beatrice).1 Beatrice (of Savoy) was also known as Countess Beatrice (of Savoy).1 Beatrice (of Savoy) was also known as Bbeatrice De Provence.2 Beatrice's father Count Raymond Berenger V (IV) (of Provence & Forcalquier) died on 19 August 1245 in Aix, France.1 Beatrice (of Savoy) became the mother of King Charles II "le Boiteux" (the lame) of Naples, Sicily and Jerusalem in 1254.1 Beatrice's mother Beatrice (of Savoy) died in December 1266 in France.2
