     Adelaide (Alhildis) (of Holland) was born circa 1226 of 's-Hertogenbosch, Noord-Brabant, Netherlands.2 She married Seigneur Jean I d'Avesnes, son of Seigneur Bouchard d'Avesnes and Margaret, on 9 October 1246.3 Adelaide (Alhildis) (of Holland) died on 1 March 1283 or 9 April 1283 in Valenciennes, Nord, France.2
