     Octavius Hanover was born on 23 February 1779 in Buckingham, London, England.1 He was the son of King George III Hanover of England and Sophia Charlotte (of Mecklenburg-Strelitz).2 Octavius Hanover died on 3 May 1783 at Kew Palace at age 4.1
