Titled: King of Judah (Jehoiachin) from 598 to 597 BC.1

     King Jehoiachin was born 616 BC. He was the son of King Josiah and Nehusta (2 Kings 24).2 King Jehoiachin married.2
     He became King of Judah 598 BC replacing King Jehoiakim.3 King Jehoiachin was replaced as King of Judah by King Zedekiah 597 BC.3 1Ch 3.
Jehoiachin was also called Jeconiah and was a legal ancestor of Jesus (Mt 1:11).
King of Judah (2Ki 23:8-24).
Became king at 18 & reigned in Jerusalem for 3 months (2Ki 2).
Taken prisoner by Babylon in the 8th years of Nebuchadnezzar's reign (2Ki 24).
Released from prison in the 37th year of the exile by King Evil-Merodach (Amel-Marduk) of Bablyon (2Ki 25).2
