     Alice of France was born circa 1170 in France.1 She married Count William II Talvas, son of Count Jean I of Ponthieu and Montreuil and Beatrice of St. Pol, on 20 August 1195.1 Alice of France died after 18 July 1218.1
     She became the mother of Countess Marie (Jeanne) (of Ponthieu and Montreuil) on 17 April 1199.2
