Ermesinde of Namur was born in July 1186.1 She was the daughter of Count Henry "the Blind" of Luxemburg and Namur and Agnes (?)1 Ermesinde of Namur married Duke Waleran IV of Monschou, son of Duke Henry III "the Old" of Limburg and Sophia von Saarbruken, in May 1214. Ermesinde of Namur died on 12 February 1247 at age 60.1
She became the mother of Count Henry III "the Blond" (of Luxemburg) about 1220.2 Ermesinde of Namur became a widow with the death of her husband, Duke Waleran IV of Monschou on 2 July 1226.1 Ermesinde's son was married at wedding of Count Henry III "the Blond" (of Luxemburg) and Mathilde de Bar-le-Duc on 4 June 1240.1,2
