Earl Roger Mortimer

Earl Roger Mortimer was born on 11 April 1374 in Usk, Monmouthshire, England.² He was the son of Earl Edmund Mortimer and Countess Philippa Plantagenet.¹ Earl Roger Mortimer married Eleanor Holland, daughter of Thomas de Holand and Alice Fitzalan, about 7 October 1388.^2,1 Earl Roger Mortimer died on 20 July 1398 in Kells, Meath, Ireland, at age 24.²
