Duke Philippe II (of Savoy) was born on 29 November 1438 in Genaeve, Geneva, Switzerland.1 He was the son of Duke Louis I (of Savoy) and Princess Anne de Lusignan of Cyprus.1 Duke Philippe II (of Savoy) married Marguerite De Bourbon, daughter of Duke Charles I (of Bourbon) and Agnaes De Bourgogne, on 6 January 1472.1 Duke Philippe II (of Savoy) died on 7 November 1497 at age 58.1
