Princess Margarethe (of Saxony)

Princess Margarethe (of Saxony) was born on 4 August 1469 of Meissen, Dresden, Saxony.¹ She married Duke Heinrich 'der Mittlere' (of Brunswick-Luneburg) on 27 February 1487 in Celle, Hannover, Prussia.¹ Princess Margarethe (of Saxony) died on 7 December 1528 in Weimar, Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach, Thuringia, at age 59.¹ She was buried in Weimar, Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach, Thuringia.¹
She became the mother of Prince Franz Heinrich (of Brunswick) about 1489.¹ Princess Margarethe (of Saxony) became the mother of Prince Heinrich (of Brunswick) about 1490.¹ Princess Margarethe (of Saxony) became the mother of Princess Anna (of Brunswick) on 7 March 1492.¹ Princess Margarethe (of Saxony) became the mother of Princess Elisabeth (of Braunschweig-Lüneburg) on 11 September 1494.¹ Princess Margarethe (of Saxony) became the mother of Duke Otto I (of Brunswick-Luneburg-Harburg) on 24 August 1495.¹ Princess Margarethe (of Saxony) became the mother of Duke Ernst (of Brunswick-Luneburg) on 26 June 1497.¹ Princess Margarethe (of Saxony) became the mother of Princess Appollonia (of Brunswick) on 8 March 1499.¹ Princess Margarethe (of Saxony) became the mother of Princess Anna (of Braunschweig-Lüneburg) on 6 December 1502.¹ Princess Margarethe (of Saxony) became the mother of Duke Franz (of Brunswick-Luneburg-Gifhorn) on 23 November 1508.¹ Margarethe's son was married at wedding of Duke Ernst (of Brunswick-Luneburg) and Princess Sofie (of Mecklenburg Schwerin) on 2 June 1528 in Schwerin, Mecklenburg-Schwerin, Germany.¹
