Prince Jodao (of Portugal And The Algarves) was born on 13 January 1400 in Santarbem, Santarbem, Portugal.¹ He was the son of King Jodao I (of Portugal And The Algarves) and Queen Philippa Plantagenet (of Portugal).¹ Prince Jodao (of Portugal And The Algarves) married Princess Izabel (of Bragança), daughter of Affonso De Portugal and Brites Pereira, on 11 November 1424.¹ Prince Jodao (of Portugal And The Algarves) died on 18 October 1442 in Alcacer Do Sal, Setubal, Portugal, at age 42.¹
