     King Vladislav V (of Bohemia) was born on 1 March 1456 in Krakbow, Krakbow, Poland, to, son of King Kazimierz IV 'The Jagellonian' (of Poland) and Princess Elisabeth (of Austria).1 King Vladislav V (of Bohemia) was the son of King Kazimierz IV 'The Jagellonian' (of Poland) and Princess Elisabeth (of Austria).1 King Vladislav V (of Bohemia) married Anne De Foix, daughter of Gaston II De Foix and Princess Catalina (of Navarre), on 6 October 1502 in Buda, Pest, Hungary.1 King Vladislav V (of Bohemia) died on 13 March 1516 in Buda, Pest, Hungary, at age 60.1
     He became King of Bohemia.
