     Princess Magdalene Auguste (of Anhalt) was born on 13 October 1679 in Zerbst, Anhalt, Prussia.1 She married Frederick II (of Saxe-Gotha) on 7 June 1696 in Gotha, Sachsen-Coburg-Gotha, Thuringia.1 Princess Magdalene Auguste (of Anhalt) died on 11 October 1740 in Gotha, Sachsen-Coburg-Gotha, Thuringia, at age 60.1 She was buried at Schloss Friedenstein, Gotha, Sachsen-Coburg-Gotha, Thuringia.1
